We are pleased to announce the release of XML Tools 2.7. XML Tools is a Scripting Addition that allows AppleScript to parse and generate XML data.

XML Tools 2.7 addresses problems parsing XML files containing high-bit MacRoman characters, and generating files with long (>31 characters) when HFS file paths are specified.

We are pleased to announce the release of XSLT Tools 2.0.1. The XSLT Tools Scripting Addition allows AppleScript to apply XSLT transformations to XML data and to use XPath expressions to extract information from XML data.

The XSLT Tools AppleScript Scripting Addition allows AppleScript to apply XSLT transformations to XML data and to use XPath expressions to extract information from XML data. It also allows you to extend the XSLT processor using AppleScript functions.

XSLT Tools 2.0 has been upgraded to use Xerces 2.3.0, Xalan 1.6 and ICU 2.6, and fully implements the XSL format-number and sorting functions.
