You can determine how the Apple Event Log window displays material. These settings apply to the tab that is frontmost, not to the Apple Event Log window as a whole. Logging is performed in one of two append modes. Either new logged material is appended to the material already present (append mode is on), or else the log is cleared automatically as the script begins to run (append mode is off).
